Nothing here is named before it has been placed in air, in the splash zone, buried or submerged. This page says where that placement comes from, whose factory the hardware leaves, and what is deliberately left blank.
The disclosure, before anything else
This is a reference site. It manufactures nothing, holds no stock, sets no price and ships no part. Every component named on every page, from the cable end caps to the pole and pile caps and the anode cap, is manufactured by Gala Thermo Shrink Pvt. Ltd. of Mumbai, a Gala Group company trading as Gala Shrink Fit, which also publishes these pages. That belongs at the top of this page rather than in fine print: a reader weighing a lined cap against a moulded one should know both are made by whoever wrote the comparison.
The company has been in cable management products since 1979, and every process from compounding to dispatch is carried out in-house. That is why the figures quoted here can be traced at all: the compound, the moulding and the testing sit under one roof instead of across three suppliers. Production runs at Palghar in Maharashtra, covering heat-shrink tube, moulded shapes, cable accessories and PVC moulding, and at the Surat SEZ unit in Gujarat, which makes moulded shapes. One sourcing rule
No specification appears on this site without a published datasheet or a named standard behind it. Where a figure does not exist in a source held here, the page says so and stops, rather than estimating from a neighbouring product. The three places that rule bites hardest are set out below.

Accreditation, as it stands
Listed as issued, each with the scope it was awarded against. None of it is lent sideways to a part it does not cover.
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Quality, environmental and occupational health management systems. They describe how the plant is run, not what a fitted cap withstands in a tide.
- UL File E328538 for the heat-shrink tubes and UL File E335936 for Busboot and Bustube. Neither file lists an end cap, and no page here presents one as if it did.
- CPRI certification of the 33 kV heat-shrink joints and terminations, August 2012. A cable accessory certificate, from a different product family to the caps described here.
- ERDA test reports, and MSEDCL approvals up to 11 kV and from 11 kV to 33 kV. Utility approvals granted in India, against the ranges they name.
- AEO certification, with sales through agents, distributors, electric utilities and OEMs into more than 100 countries. Trade standing, of no bearing on a specification clause.
Three places where the rule bites
The pole and pile caps carry no per-size table. The manufacturer publishes five sizes spanning 140 to 460 mm (5.5 to 18 in) of top diameter and nothing finer, so the pole cap page publishes precisely that and sets out material properties against named standards instead of a dimension grid. A per-size chart assembled from the cable cap datasheet would read like evidence and be invention.
No cold-shrink figure appears anywhere on this site. Where a hot-work permit is refused, cold shrink is a genuine answer, but no cold-shrink datasheet sits among the sources held here. So the no-flame page argues the mechanism and quotes no recovered diameter, no temperature and no test result for it.
No HS or HSN number is printed here, not even as an illustration. People do search for one. A tariff code this site cannot verify is actively harmful to someone filing an entry against it, so the FAQ answers with a refusal and a reason.
The same reasoning strips out the commercial figures. No price, lead time, minimum order quantity or stock position appears on any page, because no source here contains one, and an invented number has a habit of turning up in a purchase order a fortnight later. Supplier, dealer, distributor and manufacturer enquiries take one route: the contact page, the only page here carrying commercial intent.

Query a figure, or ask for a size code
A value on this site can be wrong. Send the page, the size code and the sentence you are disputing, with the document that contradicts it, and it is either corrected or the disagreement is printed. For a size instead, give the outside diameter over the thing being closed, the substrate, and the band it sits in.
